Mr. Wiggles
Steffan Clemente, also known as Mr. Wiggles, is a versatile artist renowned globally for his popping skills. He is acknowledged not only as a dancer but also as an actor, choreographer, music producer, skilled graffiti artist, and dance instructor credited with popularizing Street Dance Culture worldwide traveling and teaching online workshops and classes, inspiring countless individuals to express themselves through movement empowering his students to push their boundaries and discover their potential.
Mr. Wiggles was a member of the Rock Steady Crew, The Electric Boogaloos, Tribal Click, Zulu Nation, and TC5 a.k.a. The Cool Five or The Crazy Five, and a part of important movies for the Hip Hop Culture like Wild Style (1983), and Beat Street (1984).
In 1993, Wiggles was honored with a Foundation for Contemporary Arts Grants to Artists Award. Additionally, Wiggles was a nominee for a Drama Desk Award for the Ghettoriginal production of Jam on the Groove. Furthermore, he secured a Bessie Award for Best Choreography in the theatrical production of So What Happens Now, a play dedicated to Buck4, a former Rock Steady Crew member, and now Street Dance Roots proudly inductees him into the Hall of Fame.
